I cannot say enough of what a great experience it was to purchase my 2009 Ford F-150 from Austin. Jordan was a very cool gentleman, and Blake in finance was wonderful. All the fellas at the Tower were very cordial as well. My wife and I had a great time. I would not hesitate for one second to buy a vehicle from this group over the phone again. Love the old truck and the one issue I had, over a week later, was resolved in seconds over the phone. Thanks to all the staff for assuring any car buyer that there are still good, decent, and wonderful people in the used car business. I could go on and on. We contacted Joe Maus Mazda about a new 2021 Mazda CX-5 . We had Scott Bonack (BDC manager), and Mike Brooks from the sales team get right back to me. They both were awesome, friendly, and had everything ready for us to test drive a new Mazda when we arrived at the dealership. All they needed was a copy of my drivers license. Mike went with us on a test drive, explained all the features of the SUV, and made me feel comfortable knowing this was the car for us. The FAMILY atmosphere is incredible at this dealership. I never in 35 years of buying cars have had a better experience. The process from start to finish was a little over an hour not including the great test drive. Hannah Maus helped me with the financing end of the sale. She was awesome! She answered every question we had and was a pleasure to talk with. This dealership will have a lifelong customer in me. Great cars, great people, great service....what more could you ask for. Thank you! Lynn
