Came as a repeat customer for 107K+ service. Being concerned I was past my 100K warranty, I had several extras, e.g., tune up, change all filters, the usual stuff. Detected some insulation material (bringing in a sample). I asked to check (like giving a blank check). They spent a lot of time hunting, but couldn’t find anything obvious. Even Jerry Adams, who wrote up my bill, went out and checked it out. This has been typical of my previous experiences at Shottenkirk Ford. Yes, I could save money doing my own air and cabin filters, but I know their service dept knows exactly what they are doing. I will remain a customer.
