Salesman: Mr G. I could not say enough great about him. I bought a 2024 exactly like my 2020. I wanted the exact car I had but automatic, Mazda Miata Grand Touring RF Soul Red Crystal. Dealership didn’t have it. He checked other dealers to accommodate me. I have bought many new cars over the past 50 years. Never have I been treated like I was the only customer. Mr G was so attentive. Negotiating was non confrontational. When I picked up the car Mr G went over everything very thoroughly about the changes from 2020 to 2024. He said to call him with any questions, which I did. Always had time for me. He checks on me periodically to make sure I am happy. Hopefully he will still be working when it comes time for another new car. If I know anyone buying a new or used car I would highly recommend Mr G. He is the greatest. I have horror stories from past experiences.

The dealership was very nice and it was welcoming when we came in the door. They don’t try to push you too hard to make a decision on a vehicle and they will let you take your time when choosing and asking questions. They even kept the dealership open after close to finish up all of our dealings.

I had an excellent car buying experience with Mazda of Greenville! My sales representative - Tyler - was fantastic. He was so communicative throughout the process and helped me identify the ideal car (2025 CX-5 2.5 S SE) for my budget and needs. Giovanni in finance was also fantastic. I particularly appreciated that he showed us all our add-on options, but didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't want. Efficient process - with an appointment we were in and out in under two hours. Everyone was friendly and pleasant, very professional, and crucially, no high-pressure sales tactics, mind games, or hidden mark-ups/fees. I am a happy customer! If you are in the market for a Mazda, I endorse this dealership!

McDaniel’s VW dealership reneged from an agreement I had with them last night - including approval on financing pending the trade in of my daughter’s 2017 VW Beetle. Talk about double-talk and a terrible sales ethic - I would NOT buy a car, get my vehicle serviced here, or trust this dealership even if they offered me a car for FREE! My salesman Brandon and I had a deal last night when I went to bed - only to find out at around noon today that the vehicle was sold to this young lady- congratulations on your purchase! To my family and friends in the Columbia,SC area - this dealership has no moral compass and if your word is your bond - this VW dealership has failed the Golden Rule. If you’re smart - you will take your business elsewhere! McDaniel’s VW cares only about $$$$. Worst example of customer loyalty I’ve ever experienced - how does management here sleep at night?
