We were given a good price for our trade and paid what we wanted to for our new X5. Alex showed us our new vehicle and went over it in great detail. He was also very professional, friendly and detailed in the delivery of our new vehicle. When we purchase our next BMW we will definitely use BMW of Ocala and Malcolm. Outstanding CPO purchase experience! From the start AJ Trainer was the best salesperson ever. All details were done over the phone, text, and email. Dabari (GSM) and Jose in Service provided prompt assistance with a question about tires. Very impressed with the entire operation and all the employees I had contact with. Only trip to the dealership (3+ hours away) was to pick up the X5 in pristine condition which exceeded my expectations. Well worth the drive!! Just had the privilege of waiting 3 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change from this dealership. Was told two hours at check in, almost double. Longest I’ve ever waited for an oil change in my life, lousy service experience.
