What! Hyundai of Central Florida one of the best dealerships in Florida! Superior customer service in every encounter from receptionist to sales, to management and financing. No haggle prices on pre-owned/used vehicles and no dealer fee! Process was actually very delightful and this is the fourth vehicle I’ve purchased with Hyundai Central. Dealership is almost like family. Our salesperson, Jalen, went above and beyond all the time maintaining transparency. Management, Devon, provided reassurance and ease with the whole process to transition into financing. Our next purchase will be with Hyundai Central Florida when we trade in our 2023 Santa Fe. We look forward to seeing the family again.

My thanks to the courteous appointment phone crew, seasoned service advisor Dustin, parts dept Carlos, and a finance mgr who helped me see through car repairs that had to be done in two visits on my end for budget- & coordination/time-wise. Insofar as I can tell at this early stage, the biggest repair of them all — replacing the a/c compressor with condenser — were installed successfully to produce cool air, a must-have in Central FL.😅 Again, thanks to the team. I’m sure to return for future servicing.

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.
