Pleasant experience. Me and my wife were in the market for a new Outlander. We already have one but it's a bit older so we wanted to upgrade. Our salesman Rufus and the General Manager Ali helped us out by giving us a good value for our trade. It was an easy transaction overall. Probably one of the best car experiences I had.

Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!

I buy in this dealer a car in Nov 2021 a outlander 2022 , since first week I have a problem with a gas smell. Still have the same issue . The car have more than 8 repairs since nov until today. NOBODY answered yet I still with my car at dealer they don’t change it just repair and do it wrong you buy it and then nobody is responsible for the damage. WORST experience EVER I would NOT recommend this car or dealership
