We went to the Dealership to do an oil change to our Corolla Cross 2022, and while we were waiting for the car to be ready, Mr. Xavier Pesantes Sr. approached us to see if there was anything he could assist us with. He noticed we were looking at some SUVs and he went and got the keys, and went with us for a ride, and he was very pleasant! It really did not feel like he was trying to sell us a car, it was more of an experience, and when we decided we actually wanted to change our car, he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had everything we needed, and took really good care of us!
