Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search.
