Ross Schambon/Dan Franklin Great to work with on GT350R - Storm

I worked with Ross Schambon directly and Dan Franklin indirectly to buy a GT350R out of state. Ross was very responsive, likeable, timely and willing to communicate meaningfully via email and text. Unlike some dealerships I had to opt out of communications from, Ross was succinct and to the point. I did not get passed around to numerous sales people who never responded to direct questions and offers. I appreciated that. I also got what I think is a very good deal on the highly sought after GT350R. While some dealers act like these cars are worth a 10-20k markup, this dealership and Dan were realistic. Look Ross up if you want a pleasant buying experience.

Was able to take the truck on a no pressure, hassle free test drive. Working with Ben Johnson on the sale was a fantastic experience. The truck was exactly as advertised & I left the dealership feeling that I received a good deal. At no point did I feel pressured into adding any services or the like. The canceled the contract and will not give me my down payment back! 3,000 dollars they are trying to keep for no reason. I recently 3/19/2021 1pm had an alignment on my 2015 Malibu at Dutch’s. I had an appointment at 1pm . Shortly after dropping the car off I was notified it needed a 4 wheel alignment instead of 2. Which costs more. I picked it up and it still pulls to the right awful. I called back and was told I had a strut that had to be ground on. Then they asked if I had only changed one tire? How can a four wheel alignment be done without noticing all four tires were new and the strut was new? I was then asked if I could bring it back in at a later time and drop it off so they could work me in . A major inconvenience for me . I expect better from a dealership. Note : all persons I spoke with were polite and nice .At the end of the day I am out 90$ and my car still out of alignment.
