When we were ready to replace our Explorer with another one, we went directly back to Carl. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable and the whole team is easy to work with. My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

I bought a 2012 Mustang from Tyler Allen at this dealership in August, it had 22,000 miles on it. I took it in to my local dealership for warranty work. They said the warranty would not apply since this car had been in an accident. The service man at my local dealership said it would not be a big deal, any reputable dealer would cover the cost - as it turns out, Mathews Ford is NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP. Tyler Allen actually had the nerve to tell me that I should have checked this vehicle's history before I bought it from him. Ironically, he said he himself is just too busy to bother checking histories of the cars he sells. Basically, this dealership's attitude is if you are stupid enough to trust us it's your fault.
