Purchased my Cadillac up near where I live in Oakland County, MI at a big(ger) Cadillac dealer. I am in the Toledo area a few times a month and stopped in at Taylor when I had an issue. The service provided was exceptional, and far beyond what I had experienced at the two big(ger) Cadillac dealerships up near me. James Hardy in the Service Department provides superior customer service. After two service visits, Taylor Cadillac is now my go-to dealer for service issues (but hoping not to have too many)... well worth my 90 mile drive to bring my Cadillac to Taylor.

The service department was great! Ryan and his team were very knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem and fixing a warranty issue. They kept the vehicle for the time they needed to fix it so I didnt have to go back. I never felt inconvenienced as they gave me a curtisy car so I could conintue with my normal schedule.
