After an exhausative internet search I came across the perfect car at this dealership for our replacement car. Erica was awesome! Very professional, attentive, friendly, personable and honest! I had a million questions that she patiently answered. I was somewhat leary of traveling out of state to make a car purchase, but after arriving and learning the history of this dealership and their committment to their customers and the community it just felt right. I didn't have the ususal butterflies in my stomach when talking with a sales associate of a pre-owned vehicle. I felt at ease and knew we had made the right decision. Very happy that we can count Erica as our sales advisor. I plan on returning to let Taylor Cadillac service my car. Upon entering, we felt a warm welcoming presence. Took my 22 Yukon in for a recall. No service lights were on when I took it to Winters GMC. They did the L87 recall checks and somehow the knock sensor wires came out of the housing. Now I owe them $350 to fix my vehicle. I’m sure the wires were damaged by the mechanic. Don’t worry I pay for your mistake. Thanks Jim Winters!

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc - riddletina319

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc Acadia. Supposedly they do inspections on all their vehicles. Not the case here. In less than 2 months I have had to repair and replace several items. The brake pedal sensor, had to have it calibrated, replace the power steering pump and the radiator hose had to be replaced because it was collapsed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them. It was never inspected prior to them selling it or they would have caught and repaired these problems!
