After leasing a Buick, I never received any GM Rewards. Called and texted several people at the dealership over a period of a few days about this issue. I never received a response until Shayla Kwekel called me. Her job is just to deliver cars to customers. But she took it upon herself to contact GM and get my rewards. She is the best. Thanks Shayla. This is the 2nd time they had an excuse as to why the work my 2016 Silverado was not done when scheduled. Fist time they kept it 2 days before even working on it. Excuse was 2 techs were on vacation. Appointment for this was made by them when they knew they would be short staffed. This time supposedly the tech that was going to repair a non working winshild washer pump when home sick. In all fairness they did get my oil changed and winshild wipers replaced. The worst part is I had to call them after 3 and a half hours to find out what was going on.
