Ron was really great to work with. We came in looking for a used vehicle. Due to our current life situation, we came in with some tight parameters for a vehicle, even knowing there was also a possibility that he wouldn't be able to help us. He did a great job working with us and the dealership to get us into something that was close to our parameters. Throughout our time there, we also chatted with a few other employees, and all were very nice. The honesty & transparency the dealership offered was greatly appreciated. We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!
