After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Brown's. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. It was exactly what we were looking for and he and Trent from financing had us out the door in our new (to us) truck in a few hrs., after giving us a great deal on our trade in and purchase. We highly recommend Brown's to anyone looking for a vehicle and will be passing this on to all our friends, to make sure they start their search with them.

Purchased a vehicle with them recently, have nothing but great things to say about them. Answered all my questions promptly, where very flexible with timing and delivery. The car itself was purchased as-is, they take really good care of the vehicles as the car itself was in very good condition. After diagnostics and inspection, it came back healthy and well maintained. I know it is not every dealership's responsibility to fix or upkeep vehicles but they have done a good job in my experience. I have read the previous reviews before purchasing, but like most things on the internet, understand that other people's experience won't usually be like mine. I have nothing but good things to say about E & A.

Will never buy from here again! I was assaulted by the GM and 3 employees. The GM (bald guy who would not tell me his name) threatened to punch me and "beat the xxxx outta me" ... Then got into my car while I was in front of it and he continued to drive into my legs, hitting me and as I lose my footing and fall into the hood of the car... I'm in literal shock. As I'm walking outside to try and get into my car... 3 other employees including BryceLanghurst, Mike Bushman, come to harass me. The GM gets out of my car to get in my face again to assault me ... Before getting back into my car to drive it clear across the lot... As I walk to my car across the lot, the 3 other employees insist on harassing me to my car... Then tell me I cannot leave... While 2 others tell me to leave and blocking my car. I have made a police report. I have video and pictures. Bought a 2023 Crown Limited that was suppose to be Gold Certified. To find out it was not properly certified being bated to buy this vehicle and lied to on the certification. Within the day of purchase I experienced problems like the software being 2 years old on the infotainment system which made my screen glitch, backup camera not working... Lane assist not working... Heated seats don't work.... Knocking in the engine when reversing... Horrible wind noise in the driver side... This is just a few. When I discuss these concerns in detail to the manager John, I get a one word reply, "Yep.". Absolutely unacceptable. This is shady and did nothing to compensate for this stress and straight up lie to a returning customer. dealership. Sad, unprofessional, unacceptable. My software was never updated the 7 days it was here... And when I complained about new scratches, that apparently was the last straw and they couldn't bare to take responsibility. I had just dropped a $14k down payment buying a $42k car... Didn't think my concerns were out of reach. No apology yet from Toyota or this dealership for such a horrible experience.

Using the computer, was looking for a low mileage Town and Country van and Scott Family Motors had one. Problem, I lived in Minnesota and was nearly 3 hours away, one way. Was it worth the drive? I noticed the two crosses in the SCOTT name and decided to make the call. Made an appointment and was not disappointed. The van was clean, the body had no rust and the price was right and got a warranty too. Tim was very accommodating and made the purchase process easy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter, a recent college grad, purchased a used car from them and on day 32, it started throwing codes. When we called the dealership, we were told they would not cover the repair or offer any discount because it was past 30 days. I am only giving 2 stars because our original salesman was excellent, but in 30 years of buying used cars, I have NEVER had a dealership refuse to cover repair costs on such a recent purchase. Apparently their reputation means very little to them. My daughter now has $350 stuck into this vehicle and the problem still is not fixed!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This was the most no-pressure car experience I've ever had. Everyone was informative and helpful. In the end, I decided against a Mazda because the car just didn't fit me right. But this was the best deal and the smoothest experience I had in my car shopping and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. (I was buying new, but that option isn't offered on this review form, for some reason.)

I understand it's sold as-is but I was told by other dealers that they would at least try to help with it if it was them. Not Bigfoot Auto. And after I wrote a negative review of my experience, a co-owner wrote a very long rebuttal that belittled and bad-mouthed me. I will never step foot on their lot again and advice others to do the same.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from this dealership and after getting most of the way through the sales process was told it was a GM Buyback vehicle due to the previous owner returning it. This would have been good information to divulge up front, but I was assured that the problem was fixed and had a warranty covering it. Within 3 days of owning it the car was in the shop for repairs. When contacting the dealership they seem to have a "one email per day" policy, and apart from the finance person I worked with, the rest seemed to be more interested in just assuring me that the repair is covered by a warranty than trying to resolve a customer issue. I emailed them numerous times regarding what options for recourse they had and was never offered any, so I feel other consumers should know the potential treatment they may receive after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership if they encounter any mechanical issues.

I am one very happy customer. I found the truck I was looking for on Carguss. I find this dealership to be very honest and respectful. The truck was in perfect condition. They worked on the AC and on my way home to TN the AC quit working. Todd paid half the bill to get my AC working. This dealership was under no obligation to help me out like that. The one problem I have is that this dealership isn't located closer to Nashville TN. Because I would confidently send everyone I know to get a fair deal on a used vehicle. Thank You Todd.
