Bought a new EV. Nick Bell was very good to work with. I didn't have transportation and this car was coming to the lot and was just what I wanted. Nick was prompt in contacting me and very respectful in allowing us an appointment around 3 hours out and he had the service team expedite the prep process during that time as it just came from the factory. Nick helped make that a totally stress free process and the car is now home in the northwoods!

Katie Little reached out to me to offer information in regard to a 2026 Trailblazer I was interested in purchasing. She gave me great information and invited me out to see the vehicle. I met her and she gave me a great tour of the vehicle and facility. After speaking with her I knew she was the right person to work with for this purchase. Once we got the Trailblazer information taken care of and the sale arranged I asked her about the 2025 Z71 RST Silverado that was displayed on the floor! She showed the vehicle and explained all the details including showing me features I didn't know were offered. Overall good experience - answered all questions and were very clear in detailing the pricing. I would have liked more details on features, etc. after the purchase - still figuring out how to use some key features. And once I mentioned I was purchasing with cash, felt like tone shifted and less push to offer incentives/add-ons. Also, scheduled my pick up the next morning and still had to wait over an hour for them to finishing detailing the truck once I arrived. Otherwise, great customer service and willingness to answer questions (just wish they would have offered up more of a walkthrough on features). Thanks!

Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert

I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me. I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.

Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.
