Bought a used Chevy Silverado from this dealership was very satisfied with the friendly staff. Tyler was willing to help and had the vehicle waiting in front of the building when I arrived. Ended up buying even though I was just looking. Had issues with the vehicle three days later. Called and three hours later a truck was there from 70 miles away to pick up and was in the shop the next morning. Less than 24 hours later I got a call the issue was taken care of. I can't say enough about this dealership. The best sales and service this 68 year old has seen in his entire life of buying a vehicle!!

We were traveling from Louisiana when we experienced alternator trouble. This was a Friday at 3Pm. Stopped by hoping they could help us. Help they did!!! Sent someone to Sioux Falls to pick it up and repaired our vehicle on Saturday morning at 8Am. Management should be commended for hiring such incredible employees. Rod Pattinson(Service Advisor) was relentless in making sure we were not stranded. Kardell Miller (Service Technician) gave up time away from his family on Saturday to install the part. Pete Lux was a great host when I arrived on Saturday. If you are a local to the Mitchell SD area or passing through, this incredible dealership should be your first choice.

I can not find a way to edit reviews, so I will leave another. I posted a bad review for this dealership a few days ago regarding the purchase of a 2014 F150 with add ons we never approved. Today Jason, the GM agreed to refund all the add ons and replace our windshield! This made me look at the dealership in a whole different light! Kudos Jason! Thanks a Billion!!!!

Usually I don't want to talk to anyone until I find what I want but he was in the lot when I was looking so I started talking to him. He answered my questions and I bought my car about a week later.

This dealership had the best service. I worked with Andy the salesman over the phone and was able to come to an agreed price that we were both comfortable with and when I got to the dealer the vehicle was ready to test drive right when I got there at 8 am. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Easiest, best car buying experience.

We were promised a New Chevy Truck from a Sioux Falls dealer, when we drove all the way to the dealership they had changed the deal, on the way home we stopped at Dell Rapids Chevy and delt with "Mac" he not only honored there price, but he treated us with the utmost respect, adn we never felt pressured at all. He made us feel comfortible and is a saleman that I will recommend to anyone who asks. Great dealership, and a great person who works for them.
