People seemed totally trustworthy. - Adele49
People seemed totally trustworthy...but they weren't. Don't believe the "sales tax paid". They have an alternate sticker that adds $1000 for "Fletcher Advantage", which is really a service contract that has no real value. Then they don't even show that charge on the paperwork or provide you with the contract unless you realize what happened and insist on it. We were told it was optional and we declined it, but they invisibly charged for it anyway. So after insisting on them sending us the paperwork, I read that it was cancellable within 30 days for full refund. Sounds good? No. On the service contract it showed the price paid as $0 (even though we did pay for it by them not paying $1231 of the sales tax), so if we cancel it we get zero refund and don't even have any potential benefit from the service contract. On the positive side, they had the car I wanted. And although the sales/paperwork process went very smoothly and quickly, I now see that is designed to deceive the buyer into not actually reading any of the documents and calculating things for yourself.
