I recently totaled my Highlander that waited nearly 9 months to get that I had bought from your dealership in Salina, 2 yrs ago. After checking several hours on line looking for another car, I called your Toyota dealership to see what they could do, They found 1 in the color I wanted but told them I didn’t want the running boards. They said they would take them off, they ordered the parts I did want and made it happen. Ronda was great to work with, along with the rest of the staff, to take a very serious incident ( that was not my fault) and helped Cindy and I get into another car quickly. We will be back for our next car and highly recommend Conklin Toyota.
