I dealt with Bev on 2 separate occasions. She is the best. She has excellent communication skills and on the 2nd occasion she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made sure to listen to what I had to say and made sure the correct tow company was used to get my car to the service department. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally. Bev did both of those things above 5-star ratings. I highly recommend her to anyone needing Cadillac service.
