I have purchased 3 cars previously from Enterprise in Mobile AL and have enjoyed them all. I could not get a response to my inquires this year from them so I reached out to Baton Rouge. Tarrah Reis got right back to me and distilled my preferences and price range into 2 vehicles that I could test drive. I don’t know what kind of joke of a business Matt McKay is running but there’s a reason everyone goes to Hollingsworth Richard’s Ford. Service dept has had a Ford truck that cost well over $120k new for almost 6 months…and it’s still under factory warranty. All star Ford in Denham admitted they further damaged the truck while trying to fix an inherent flaw and flat out said they will not be paying for it. They also said the $5000 enterprise bill is now the owner’s obligation, as they were not able to find the necessary correct parts and install them in a SIX-MONTH period. The dealership stated the truck was unsafe to drive. The dealership continued to state the truck was not a priority. Safety is irrelevant. The “Loaner” for a $125k truck was a Nissan Versa😂 which, 6 months later, they decided they would not be paying for. It’s hard to type this without laughing. That dealership has nothing but sub-par reviews

I purchase a car there a while back time I got it home it started jerking real bad. Told them about they did nothing! Thank God my daddy a mechanic end up paying over 300.00 dollars for the part and it took him a half of day to put it in. After a year I thought I try them again so they let me test drive the truck told me all I need is my car and 500 dollars. OK cool so then the story changed to 1,500 dollars not cool! The owner was super rude and try to play mind games by saying if you want this truck you'll do anything. Uh no I won't! The truck was over price, wrecked, close to 100k and seat was stain but wanted 13,000 but NADA and KBB was price at 10,500 they wouldn't budge so I left right there! After a few months the price finally dropped to the right price. Don't by from this dealership go to a real dealership where they offer you warranty that actually worth something. Keep the car for two years now I have something else thank God cause that car was a money pit! It doesnt matter about me naming the employee cause he was fired.

GM Richie Gauthier and Sales Manager Chris Solomon completely ignored multiple emails and voicemails from me, though I had just purchased a new car from them. Of several issues I had with the delivery, one was that they delivered me a vehicle with less than 1/8th of a tank of gas in it, despite the window sticker even saying that it comes full (as is a reasonable expectation for a new car!). Terrible customer service from a brand that wants to be categorized as premium.

I purchased my Tahoe from Geaux Express and couldn't be happier with my experience. I think at some point every employee they had chipped in to help with my sale, they were all so friendly and helpful. They truly wanted to make sure I got the perfect vehicle for my family and made me a the best deal of all the dealers I visited over the past month around BR. I wish I would have found them sooner and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!
