Took my car in for an inspection of the door latch. Hyundia informed me that my vehicle was affected by Campaign TXXL and to take it to dealership for inspection. First I was unable to schedule appointment by phone, left several messages, no return calls. I tried to schedule on line, no matter what service I selected, I got message that the service was not available. I went to the dealership and scheduled in person with John Warner. Brought my car in. Car was at DeMontrond for 3 days, inspection not done. I then noticed that all of my warning lights were on, I notified John he said that they hadn't touched my vehicle, but when I had called earlier, he said a tech was on it. I have since taken it to Big Star Hyundia and got the door latch inspected and fixed in 2 days. I still have all warning lights on. Never going to do business with DeMontrond, they are the worst.
