I guess you could say we like this place: We just bought ANOTHER Hyundai from them...our fourth one! The sales process has been streamlined. We were impressed. Mo did a great job helping us out, as u ANOTHER Hyundai from them...our fourth one! The sales process has been streamlined. We were impressed. Mo did a great job helping us out, as usual. Given that we've bought several vehicles here over the years, we've also interacted regularly with their service team, which is spot on! Adrian Chapa does a knock out job. Very professional and they keep you informed. More

This review is based upon a new car visit on 4/20/24. We made an appt. and arrived to find there were 0. Our salesman swears they were on his list and he wasn't lying but a manager followed up with they haven't had one since late November 2023. Seriously? We should have left then but did test drive another SUV and liked it well enough to explore purchasing. After asking for their best price, they returned an offer about $9,000 more than sticker price. Beware, they add on a $4,999 protect plan without your asking. We denied that and again asked for best price and they returned with sticker price plus TTL as if that made it better. I get it. Vehicles are expensive these days but they also told my husband prior to our visit that they can make deals thousands off. If they had just been upfront and aboveboard about everything, we might have stuck around. Needless to say, we walked out and went down the road to Gay Family Kia and had the best car buying experience to date. I would also like to add that our salesman, Nick, was a friendly young man and most likely only doing what he was "tutored" to do to sell cars but people in sales really need to think about their words when dealing with the public. My husband is a retired veteran and during the pricing conversation Nick stated he could not do anything about the taxes, that that was "our government, not his . . ." : ( My husband corrected that quickly and I'm just going to give the guy grace for being young and maybe a little inexperienced. At times, we all say things that did not come out the way we intended. More
