Our car suddenly broke down on a Sunday afternoon in Pueblo. We are from Texas. We had it towed to Spradley Ford as it was the closest Ford dealership. They were not open because it was Sunday. They called before 7:30 the next morning and had the car fixed and running by noon that day. Hector was kind and considerately let us know what was going on with multiple calls throughout the morning. Highly recommend their service department. Thank you.

I was looking for a very specific model, engine size, color, four wheel drive, locking rear axle, tow package etc. No other dealer could find it. But I got a call back from Bam Buford at Phil Long Ford. Bam didn’t try to convince me to compromise with whatever they had on their lot.
