Tried twice to buy cart this dealership and both times were terrible! I average about one new car every two years and really have always loved Toyotas. I would never recommend this place and would tell my friends to steer clear. They also had me do a $2,000 deposit which they said was transferable if I didn't use it when I walked away they said well there's no other place to transfer it in the state. They unapologetically kept my money and we're not straightforward with many things. They will try every trick in the book to make you for every dollar. Run as fast as you can away from this place.

Dameniel and other sales persons were extremely customer service oriented. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always answered my questions and made me feel like I was more than a customer. I ordered my Honda and they actually delivered it to my house . Wow. .. I will be a return customer for sure

Our experience at Smith Honda was above and beyond our expectations. We were pleased with the service of our salesman Brandon and Greg all the way to Tommy in the finance/paperwork guy. We were told exactly what we were dealing with and the friendly staff was absolutely the best ever. In the 40 years we have been purchasing vehicles this was by far our best experience. Went for service on my old but taken care of Honda. They were given an aged key and treated it like xxxx completely broke my key. Can’t use my car and they won’t do anything about it. Absolutely no accountability with this place… STAYYY FARR AWAYY
