This is my second Truck that I purchased from Lithia. I have to say I’m deeply disappointed about being dismissed when I placed a review on their website about the lack of attention their service techs have when servicing my vehicle. When I emailed and texted the service writer I was expecting a response about the disappointment with their service but it fell on deaf ears. I wont go into detail but What I will say is I most likely will not be purchasing another Truck from them and I will be looking to get a refund on the remaining lifetime oil change service that I purchased.
