We purchased a 2025 CX-50 Hybrid last week and enjoyed the whole process, especially our salesman, AJ. The only thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was the $998 doc fee. I’ve purchased many cars throughout the years and this was significantly higher than I’ve paid for not much paperwork.

I had heard that the service at Berge was really good, so I started there to look for my new car. I was met at the door by Trent with a smile, and a handshake. I looked no further. He took it from there and made sure that I walked out with the car I was looking for. I am not an easy sale, but with his knowledge, patience, and no pressure attitude, Trent sold me on day one. He even took me and personally introduced me to the Service Manager. Actually, I think just about everyone I met there seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Great family to be a part of, and I am looking forward to the great service that I heard about. From beginning to end, I had an excellent experience.

So the good news is this dealership is closed. My last service visit for an oil change resulted in the service advisor coming out to the customer lounge to tell me the car needed a number of service items. When I pointed out three of those recommended service were completed at my prior visit with them, the service advisor excused himself. Fifteen minutes later he tells me the mechanic failed to check their computer records. What a load of “bull”.
