First off We arrived with an appointment at 6:30 to see a Tesla. The person I had an appointment with left for the day so I was handed off to him. He never shook our hand or introduced himself. James, in par than I expected, and I am highly impressed with the service provided by James, Blake, Danielle, and the rest of the Mark Mazda team. James, in particular went above and beyond to help me feel confident in purchasing my first Mazda, CX-5! He truly cares about the customer purchasing the vehicles and provided me the confidence I needed to go full-speed ahead with the transaction. Other dealers in the Valley and in Tucson lead me on a road to nowhere with pressured sales that resulted in a full stop to the buying process. Not here though! Mark Mazda took the high road and was transparent, fair, and honest in their pricing and sale of the vehicle. Thanks again James for a great buying experience, for following up after the sale, and for having a sense of humor.
