Jake our salesman was amazing!!!! He took his time to explain everything and let us take our time exploring the car. He even delivered it to our house the next morning! The only issue we had was all the extra added items they tacked on to bring the bottom line up $10,000 from the original price of the car. After discussing they kindly removed and we got back down to a reasonable price again. I would recommend this dealership based on the non-pushiness of Jake and the other team members we dealt with, just watch out for the “optional” items before signing!!!

Very clean dealership. Bailey at the service desk has been outstanding all 3 of my visits for maintenance. Miranda in sales, was also a very kind and charming young Lady. Overall, a very good service department in the dealership! Keep up the good work!

I recommend avoiding Chapman Mazda and Amir Fallahi. Amir Fallahi was our finance manager. He is dishonest, condescending, rude and told us he was in a bad mood the moment we went in his office. He added things onto our contract and said they were included or would cost us nothing. Should've known better! When I got home I found out the truth reading through the contract and when I contacted the company to cancel the warranty they said they never received the money or contract. Weird. Still waiting for Amir to send it over to them after 3 weeks....commissions must kill a conscience.

So the good news is this dealership is closed. My last service visit for an oil change resulted in the service advisor coming out to the customer lounge to tell me the car needed a number of service items. When I pointed out three of those recommended service were completed at my prior visit with them, the service advisor excused himself. Fifteen minutes later he tells me the mechanic failed to check their computer records. What a load of “bull”.
