They’ll send you out the door feeling great — until you need to deal with the service department. Expect to wait several minutes just to be acknowledged. Booked a ride home online? Too bad — they “don’t do that,” and you’ll be told so with attitude. No manager, no supervisor, no accountability. Walk inside to speak to someone? You’ll be dismissed and told to sit down… then ignored for 15 minutes. Beware. Take your car and your money somewhere that actually values customers.

Terrible customer service from the Sales Manager, Diego. Did not offer a solution or any help. Since this dealership was bought, anything purchased with the old owners is not his issue!!! Once my lease is up, I will no longer purchase from this dealership again!
