First time Subaru vehicle owner. From start to finish I received excellent customer service. You all make the connection with your customers to find the best solutions to service the vehicle. You service the vehicle in a timely fashion, you provided safe driver shuttle service. Victoria was professional & honest about the findings that during my last service the cap was left off a filter, apologized and they were able to resolve the situation. Then after i picked up my vehicle, I received a follow up email from Subaru, thanking me for servicing my vehicle , great marketing team.
