I drove over 6 hours to pick up my truck, and after working with Rob, I can honestly say I would have driven 12 hours if I had to. Working with him was unlike any car-buying experience I have ever had. Rob’s speed, attention to detail, customer service, honesty, and communication are truly world-class. From the beginning, we talked through the numbers clearly, and he gave me the best deal without any games. He was straightforward, transparent, and most importantly, he kept his word. During my search for the right vehicle, I came across a lot of shady dealerships that changed numbers, added hidden fees, and made the process frustrating. Rob did none of that. He was honest from start to finish and delivered exactly what he said he would. That level of integrity is rare, and it made all the difference. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone serious about buying a vehicle, and I strongly recommend asking for Rob specifically. I will absolutely be telling others to check this place out.

They refuse to help me with a basic problem. They didn't report the sale to the IRS Eco Portal, so I can't get the Federal EV tax credit. I bought a car with Bunnin in March of 2025. I didn't get the tax credit at the point of sale because they didn't know how to do it. Ok great, I said I'll get it at tax time, because that's the other option. In January 2026, I filed my taxes and entered my vin information to get the federal EV tax credit. However, my VIN kept getting rejected by the IRS, because it didn't match their system. A quick google search shows that this happens when the dealer didn't report the sale to the IRS in their eco portal. I contacted Bunnin and instructed them to enter my information into the IRS ECO portal so I can get the tax redit. The portal is still open and this could easily be done. They transferred me to someone named Juan Miller, who I explained the situation to, and he said that the dealer doesn't have to do anything, and that I could just get the credit with the IRS on my own. The IRS website clearly states that if the dealer doesn't report the sale in the ECO portal, then person who bought the car can't receive the tax credit. My taxes were rejected because my information wasn't in the system. He wasn't helpful. I called again after doing more research, and told him again, I need them to report the sale information to the IRS portal. After back and forth argument again, he said would look into it. I called a few days later, and the first thing he said was "I thought we already went over this?" That tells me he didn't look into anything. After back and forth argument again, he hung up on me. That's the kind of customer service you'll get from Bunnin' if you have an issue, I called all the other managment and finance staff in the dealership, and no one else can help me either.
