Loann was very thorough and professional at all stages of the purchase process-information, communication, transportation, follow up post sale. I was on Covid isolation but she still arranged for all aspects the purchase process-information, communication, transportation, follow up post sale. It's rare that I would give a dealership and salesperson such a high rating (based upon passed experiences), but my wife and I found Loann's demeanor to be quite refreshing and Paradise Chevrolet has been v such a high rating (based upon passed experiences), but my wife and I found Loann's demeanor to be quite refreshing and Paradise Chevrolet has been very professional and respectful to work with. We got a great deal on a low mileage vehicle that perfectly suited our needs. Loann was a great communicator and very patient (we were traveling while negotiating). I would definitely recommend Loann to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
