100/10 HIGHLY recommend this dealership! It was my first time dealing with them and I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been involved in over 20 car deals in my life when including friends and family I’ve helped. They are great at listening, paying attention to detail and following up as well as just being amazing at customer service. This is THE dealer to go to in the valley. I live an hour away in fresno and I will be making the drive there when I need anything or another vehicle. They’re what all dealerships should aim at being like. A real family owned solid dealership. Please do yourself a favor and buy from them before wasting time anywhere else.

Purchased a 2026 Canyon AT4x from Ricardo Diaz and the team there last week... It took a few initial visits to explore exactly what I wanted and what we could eventually find available. Ricardo was very communicative through the entire process and happy with the truck I purchased. There are still a few accessories/parts that I ordered that we're waiting on now to install (Side Steps, Black Badging & Spare Tire & Mechanism Parts). Just recently purchased a used Buick Encore and needed to have the AC checked for a possible leak and had an additional warranty. I was shocked to see so many people working in the service department and how clean the work areas were. Anyway, Hong Nong walked me through the process of getting all the information needed and advised me depending on the issue you shouldn't have to pay for this with additional coverage. Anyway, they needed the car for about half a day, and he helped me get transportation back home. They cost more for the work to be done but I believe the work gets done right the first time and they will go out of their way to help the customer without pressure, just suggestions for work needed. Ask for Hong Nong the next time you go in. Tks Rob

I used to work at this dealership in the service department, and it is simply horrible! Regarding the courtesy car wash, your car will only be rinsed with water, no soap or anything at all. Porters/lot attendants are the ones that wash cars, drive them up, and park them, etc. Beware, I have witnessed them stealing change from countless cars since people normally place all their change in the smoking cup, or the slot near the cigarette outlet. They will also burn out in your cars, SUVs, and trucks! The service writers will try their best to rip you off, even to the extent of lying that there are problems with your car when there isn't to earn their monthly bonuses. I once saw one of the mechanics fighting with the service manager, Bon Gotuaco, who is a huge ass by the way, that he refused to fix a car because there were no problems with it, but Bon insisted that the car be "fixed" so that the service department could get money from the customer. The mechanic was suspended for not fixing the car, even though there were no problems with it. This place is horrible, steer clear! The employees here are very shady!

Sales and manager were real no strings and we made a quick good deal. Just beinformed before you go and do your research. Chevrolet top store for a Silverado is Here and I'm still happy 7 months later with them. My truck I got with them is a 2017 Silverado Crew 2wd v6 flexfuel with convenient package. No extras. The only thing I got after was a heavy duty tow package 3 months later at a good price too. Took a long time to install but was worth the wait. That is what it was like for me.😎
