Awesome customer service - Dan and Carol

I came in last week. Jack the service guy that helped me was so thoughtful. I wanted to get my brakes replaced because they were a little noisy. He said Dan let me get them checked first at no charge. Sure enough my brakes were over 50% and I could live with a little noise in the Morning. What come to find out is normal for the age of my car. He could of sold me brakes but gave me good advise.

Be careful of what the car salesman say in this dealer. They will pull all kind of tactics to get you buy. The car salesmen told us multiple times that they will get us a 90 day payment delay with the bank, which was never something we even needed or as ask for. But that threw off our expectation of the car payment. When the payments wasn't deducted from our bank, we didn't think too much of it, we thought maybe it was the payment delay mentioned by the salesmen. Sure enough, our cars got repossessed a bit after 90 days, now we have to deal with the mess, fees, and time. Be careful buying here.

0 stars. Very sleazy business practices from the folks on the buying team. We looked to sell a 2018 Ford Fusion, we filed a request with Kelley Blue Book where we outlined what we were experiencing with the vehicle (overheating + check engine light on). We were reached out by Steven’s Creek Nissan who, after test driving and reviewing the car with two different employees, made us an offer. We signed all the papers, wrote out a check to cover the remainder of the loan we were responsible for, and left. 10 minutes later they called and told us they had hooked up the car to the computer and realized it had a deeper issue and would not be moving forward with a deal they had already made. The following day we came to chat with the manager, Mac, who was incredible rude, condescending and dismissive. He accused us of lying and saying we did not what was wrong with the vehicle because it showed a previous scan (true, it had been scanned that day by Acura when they took a look. No one told us what was wrong with it). He called me “aggravating” because I was calling him out on his shady business dealings. He talked over us, interrupted, and had a nasty attitude once it became clear to him we had reasonable concern/questions. Needless to say, he was quite an unfortunate person to do business with. Honestly, I’m shocked a dealership can do business like this. They did not do their due diligence before making us an offer, and their mistake (which Mac agreed was their mistake) ends up costing us. It felt very predatory and super sleazy. I wish we had been less trusting. Do not take your business here.

I am writing to let potential buyers know that on April 1, 2019 a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited was on sale for $16,994 and when I called to have them do the recall that was open on this vehicle they increased the price to $17,700 within a day of me calling. The car was not on a sale or sale promotion on April 1, 2019. I was looking at a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited and was planning to drive it on April 1, 2019; however, the suv had an open Recall regarding the Engine Control Module (ECM) or PCM software. I did not feel safe driving this suv because this recall has to do with one of the problems that Jeep Cherokee's have with their fuel/transmission/software problem. So, I felt that raising the price was triggered by me requesting the recall be done. Recalls are done at no charge so I feel this is a very shady way of doing business.

I purchased a car from this dealership. I came with my own financing but was bullied into submitting a credit app anyways. I saved .40 % on my financing. I would have preferred spending those two hours waiting elsewhere but I decline. Given my circumstance I completed the transaction. 3 weeks after my purchase the check engine light on my car comes on. I call the Daland, speaks to my sales rep that transfer me, along with my information to the service desk. I’m offered the most basic suggestions for solving the problem. None of them work. I go to AutoZone and use their diagnostic tool. After some online research I find out the codes (P0138) are due to a bad O2 Sensor. I call the dealership back; speak with the same Service Advisor. He tells me that this is covered under the emissions warranty. I counter that when I called Nissan North America that they tell me that the warranty expires @ 3 years/30k and that my car is currently @ 45K on the odometer. He tells me that the coverage is actually 3years/30K from the date I purchase it. I tell him that doesn’t sound right, being a used car but he assures me that it is correct. He says I can take it to a local dealer and if it is in fact the O2 Sensor that the emissions warranty will cover. Well, I take it to my local dealer who confirms the O2 Sensor is faulty and that…it is not covered under the emissions warranty. So at the very least I’m stuck with a $120 diagnosis bill and looking @ a $700 repair bill. Keep in mind this is 3 weeks after the purchase. I haven't even made my first loan payment! Long story short, Donnish the GM, Chris the Service Advisor and Ben the Service Manager tell me to f#$k off, that I’m making this up and that they will not help me. I’ve notified Nissan North America who can do nothing. I’ve notified the Better Business Bureau and am considering litigation. At the very least I advise EVERYONE who has suffered a similar experience to contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. www.bbb.org The least you can do, in fact it is your duty as a consumer is to notify others of the potential disaster they are going to encounter doing business at Daland Nissan

The WORST service center/car rental services I’ve ever experienced.Everyone there is either new or useless. I was constantly lied to or misinformed about the details on my car. I brought my car in Mon Nov. 15th for a check engine light/transmission issues and a recall. (don’t ever purchase a Nissan Rogue from them unless you want a trash cvt transmission that will fall apart in under 60,000 miles)Just to get a rental that is covered under my warranty I had to argue with this so called manager John, that had absolutely no knowledge about renting a car out to anyone. And constantly went behind the service managers back (Terrance Price) and promised us things he could not do as it was against their rental policies. Apart from the useless manager at the rental office, my car was not actually worked on until Thur. Dec. 2nd, when I personally drove down to the service center to complain about my car being there for a few days short of 3 weeks. Marissa Suarez stated they had barely began working on my car that day as opposed to what Terrance Price, service manager stated that they had been working on it since Tuesday of that week (Nov. 30th). Total lack of communication again. On top of all the lies I constantly had to call them myself to see what was going on and never being able to reach them because they also “had just gotten a new phone system” (the times I’ve been in there, all service advisors don’t answer any phones ringing whatsoever.) The only way I was ever finding anything out about my vehicle was because I had to personally call their service manager Terrance multiple times on his personal number, and he informed me that he himself could never reach anyone in the office. He was also not useful with the simple fact that he had no idea about the cars coming into his service department. He had zero knowledge about any of details of my car, he always had to constantly call the department in that moment to find anything out, and call me back afterwards. He only made excuses after excuses on why my car had not been returned. My so called original service advisor quit a day after me bringing in my car so I was assigned a new service advisor named Marissa Suarez and she kept saying different dates/timeframes my car would be ready which were all lies and varied by a lot compared to the dates Terrance Price would give me. The job essentially took them only 3 days to complete meanwhile my car has been there since Nov.15th. The day I was finally given to pick my car up Marissa and Terrance both stated Saturday between 12-3pm (place closes at 4pm on Saturdays). They clearly stated that someone would call me to inform me when I could head down to pick up my finished vehicle, however 3pm rolled by and not a single person called me to let me know what was going on. I called The service department multiple times and yet no one picked up, my last option as usual is to call the service manager himself Terrance Price to which he answered and said he was on vacation and had zero knowledge why my car wasn’t returned. So again he said he was going to call the department and see what was going on. He called me back and said he could not get a hold of any service advisors and call his technician and that they were now doing the recall and it was not yet ready to be picked up. To my knowledge from when I went in on Thursday Dec 2nd the recall had supposedly already been completed according to the invoice and the man working at the customer service desk. At this point over the lies and ignorance from both service advisors and the service department manager I decided to head to the service department physically and see what was going on. There they apparently had my car ready but didn’t think they needed to call me to let me know it was ready even though it was 3:55pm and the department closes at 4pm until 7am Monday morning. Had I not gone down there myself no one would’ve called me until Monday morning. While I was there I had a quick conversation with another customer awaiting answers for his services also and informed me he had also spent weeks awaiting his car to be worked on and was never able to get in touch with anyone via phone. If that doesn’t clearly tell you this service center and dealership has absolutely no idea what they’re doing then go at your own risk but you’ve been warned they all have absolutely no knowledge about what their jobs entail. I’m also convinced they hand out the title “manager” to just about anyone who is of age and applies. And if you do decide to go in I suggest you talk to anyone else but John F., Terrance Price and Marissa Suarez.
