By far the sleaziest car dealership of them all! !! They purposely left out the DMV tags from our final sale price and did not disclose is to us until after we signed all of the paperwork and asked w !! They purposely left out the DMV tags from our final sale price and did not disclose is to us until after we signed all of the paperwork and asked when we would receive the tags for the used vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life new and used and NEVER has a dealership purposely left out the vehicle registration intentionally. Buyer beware! I would NEVER do business with a dealership that has no integrity! More

Terrible customer service. Randy Villasenor And his boss were the worse salesperson I have met in my life. Randy is so lazy that he parked the car in the front and told me to check it out by myself and went were the worse salesperson I have met in my life. Randy is so lazy that he parked the car in the front and told me to check it out by myself and went in to sit on his desk. His boss was equally arrogant. I decided to head to autobahn and buy a Mercedes Sprinter instead of their Nissan Cargo. Got a better value and great customer service. More

Brought my GT-R here and the staff really helped me out. I normally do not leave reviews but I thought I would spread some love today. I just brought my GT-R here after bringing it to two other Nissan deale I normally do not leave reviews but I thought I would spread some love today. I just brought my GT-R here after bringing it to two other Nissan dealers (I won't name which ones) and these guys really saved me a lot of time and $$$ but most importantly made me feel wanted when I came in. I was told that my car needed control solenoids to be fixed and the other two dealers said that it would cost me a lot of money, I called Stevens Creek Nissan and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out and it might not be the solenoid. Sure enough it was something much cheaper. Andy their GT-R tech and Ron the service advisor were awesome. I can't recommend them enough. They genuinely made me feel special when I came in and even better when I left. More
