Disingenuous, unprofessional, petty behavior from this dealership. We were sold a broken used vehicle, verified with the Service Dept that it wasn’t inspected & shouldn’t have been on the sales lot. We brought the vehicle back within 4hr of receiving it. General Sales Mgr and Finance Mgr would not take back the vehicle or even offer a trade-in for something else. Communications between the dealership and us were dictated by the General Sales Mgr and Finance Mgr. Ghosted by the General Sales Mgr four days after the sale, would not reply to any texts or calls. We were held hostage to the process the dealership determined & they protected their sale at all cost. Recommend finding another place to buy a used vehicle.
