When I first walked into the dealership the man at the front desk was very friendly and gave me a hat. (thank you) This made me feel very welcome and was the start of a good experience. Michelle was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her professionalism and no pressure approach was greatly appreciated. Her help after the purchase was outstanding. She answered all my questions and explained features I was not familiar with. Finance Manager Thi Nguyen was very helpful and professional. She explained and gave me very good advice on different options. Of. all my experiences with purchasing a vehicle this time was the best. Michelle Swaim and Thi Nyuyen are Top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone. I thank you both for everything.
