It was worth the trip for us from Troutdale on several occasions. We have gotten 6 cars from them always upgrading and moving up. Azhar sold us the last 4. Go check him out.

I have always had great service when buying a vehicle. But this last time getting my oil changed there it ended up almost catastrophic. Got my oil changes last Saturday morning in the middle bay at 8:00am. I didn't notice until three days later that I had an oil leak. When I checked the level. It wouldn't even read. Could have blown my engine. The tech didn't tighten the drain plug back up tight. That's where the leak was coming from🤬

Bill Gasswint was great to work with. He helped us find a specific jeep that we were replacing after it was totaled in an accident. We are happy that he helped us find the perfect car for us. He was helpful with finances due to we were working with insurance company. Never felt pressured through the buying process.

If you’re buying used car i would say don’t buy here and for what they have done i wouldn’t recommend buying a new vehicle from these people. I bought a used car at this dealership. The sales person was Carli, when i bought the car it smelled really nice with fresh scent and i thought thats normal since its from dealership after a week a lingering smell started and few days later i started smelling smoke smell thats when i got to know i have been scammed where the sales person didn't disclose about the smoke smell when i asked her is there any problem with this vehicle she said nothing wrong and i didn’t reach out because thought it will go away. After a month or later when i was cleaning car i found car scent things hidden in glove box, behind bottle holder at back seat, in the center console, seat pocket, underneath seats. I have done detailing, ozone treatment multiple times nothing has been changed at all other than me wasting money. Later an year later I received a message asking if there is any issue with car and all and then they did ozone treatment which didn’t go later couple of days I received message asking any problem the person said they will fix and I’ll be contacted from their team i followed up but never heard from their manager. Save your money and go somewhere else then these people who are nice until you buy then they turn their back!!!! Run away from these people especially from sales person Carli if you hear her name, i remember her name even after 2 years just imagine how bothering it is. I’m xxxx sure she knew the problem with this vehicle or their person who bought car from previous owner did something shady

When the battery failed in my Sienna I went to J & P's for a replacment. Not only did I get charged full price(expected) but I was charged $20 for installation. They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.
