My Review Of Bob Moore Mazda:

I purchased a new mazda speed 3 grand touring in 2010. A week after purchase I noticed that scratches appeared on the drivers side door. I called the dealership and I spoke to my salesman telling him that there were scratches on the door. He responded that it was from me unlocking my door. I told him that it was not possible seeing as I had keyless entry. I had NEVER used my key to unlock the door. I also never parked near other cars when grocery shopping and I live in a house with a private driveway. So as you may well expect this was disappointing. However this was not the last time I had them tell me lies. It is unfortunate and disgusting but about a year later I was at the dealership having the vehicle serviced and I mentioned that I thought the car was driving strange. It felt like the ride was not as smooth as it had been. I mentioned this to the service representative after they brought my car back from being serviced and told meit was fine. After mentioning it they gladly took it back to the mechanic and returned about 10 minutes later to tell me that the rear drivers side wheel was going out. They told me it would cost me 3000 to fix. I asked why I would need to pay at all because the warranty should cover something like this. They told me I needed to get on ebay and find a wheel online and that would be my best bet at not having to spend 3000. Obliviously I will never buy a car here again and I work at 711 and boldly advertise my displeasure with the relations exchanged between the dealership and I. This car was the top of the line for its model and it should have been a bit more durable. Oh and did I mention that it was barely driven? To this day it still only has 23000 miles on it. What a disappointment. Do not buy from this dealership. Make the drive to Dallas. It will be worth it. I am also saying don't buy a mazda at all. The quality is terrible.

Michael was very helpful in the Selling of the car and telling all about it. It was 11pm and he had the energy as if it was 9am in the morning. Never had the feeling of being rushed. My Review Of Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram:

Mr. Wagner had found out from friends that I was looking to get rid of my car and find something else to drive. He called me and was very nice and I decided to stick with him from the first phone conversation we had. I live in Texas and after talking to him several times I drove up to Oklahoma and he had some vehicles picked out that was in my price range. I was very pleased with Bob Moore and Mr. Wagner. Extreamly nice folks and very helpful. I received everything I was looking for and more. I would recommend Bob Moore to anyone searching for a vehicle. One of the most pleasent car buying experiences I have ever had. Extreamly pleased.

My experience at Bob Moore Cadillac was awesome. Dwight was very good and listened to my wife's wants in the car she wanted. He was very patience and understanding. We will definitely refer him as a person to purchase their next vehicle. Sean was also good as as our finance person.

My Review Of Bob Moore Infiniti:

I bought my car online thru Autotrader. I was apprehensive at first but I dealt with their sales representative Dylan West and he made it smooth and comfortable. He accurately describe the car over the phone to me.

He kept us posted all the way since we are from Illinois and display true professionalism. Upon arrival he walked my wife and I around the car and show us all the functions of this great car. This dealership earns a five stars in my book. Honesty and Integrity. This is how online buying should be. Thank you.

My Review Of Bob Moore Cadillac of Norman:

Dwight was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We liked the fact that he was not pushy. He explained that his goal was to find me a car that I loved. I liked that he gave my husband and I time, privately ,to discuss the information he presented us with. Once inside he continued to assure us that we did not have to buy today. I liked the no pressure atmosphere that he created. Once inside he gave us good information and gave us the option to meet with some one in the business office. He again assured us that we still did not have to buy today and that they could give us some numbers to think about.
We met with Sean and he was friendly , up front, and explained things well. It was a smooth process, even though my pre-approved financing did not show up in his system and my SSN could not be found, once we were in his office. It felt like he did his best to give us a good deal and not sale us unnecessary warranties.
