I went in for a oil change and brakes. They told me I needed tires and a new battery. However what they failed to do was tell me I need a new headlight. But on the inspection sheet it stat They told me I needed tires and a new battery. However what they failed to do was tell me I need a new headlight. I guess you need to tell them every single little thing that needs to be done otherwise they won't do it unless it costs a lot of money then they will tell you. More

The drop off and loaner process was flawless. I added an obscure service request to my planned services (there was a tapping noise that I couldn’t identify) and said if they didn’t have time or c I added an obscure service request to my planned services (there was a tapping noise that I couldn’t identify) and said if they didn’t have time or couldn’t find it that was okay. By 1 that afternoon, they had installed several major software updates, changed my oil, and even fixed the noise!!! I was SO happy to pick my Nautilus up that afternoon.
