1st time buyer Sales process was ok. Hard selling tactics. Paperwork was ok. However, the Finance Dept was terrible. Unprofessional, discourteous, and unfriendly Fin Sales process was ok. Unprofessional, discourteous, and unfriendly Finance person who tried switching the original agreed upon deal 4 different times throughout the closing /signing process. Was appalled at this and will never buy through 5is dealership again. Left a bad bad taste in my mouth. More

Took my NX 200 for service and got a new NX 300h lease! Great service overall. Angel took in my old car for service and did wonderfully.
