When I inquired about the vehicle online, I was contacted within 2 hours by Mike Miner. I purchased the car the SAME DAY!!! I never buy anything on the spot, but I knew I could not walk away from this steal. The staff has made it worth it every time I have made the trip, including my last trip for service which took the whole day to complete (and took an unexpected turn)! While waiting on my car, I started reading through my emails and ran across an Ad from Mini regarding a new upgrade program they were promoting. I asked Jordan Smith for details, and he kindly and patiently explained it to me. Long story short, a long service day became very interesting! To say the least, Jordan Smith worked with me, going above and beyond my expectations! I got an amazing deal and drove home very happy in a brand new volcanic orange #Rockytop#GoVols Mini!!
