Came by Jeep of Woodstock a few weeks ago with my wife. Facility was state of the art and had a great selection. I bought a vehicle from this dealer for the first time. The vehicle I bought has an oil leak that will cost me money to fix. Brady was great and made this deal happen. If not for him I would have test drive and been gone. Sales side of the experience was pretty solid. Back end dealing with finance was a disappointin If not for him I would have test drive and been gone. Sales side of the experience was pretty solid. Back end dealing with finance was a disappointing. There was confusion and multiple changes when it came to finalizing the transaction. I wanted to pay cash but was not able to do that due to the internal issues it created for them. Then I agreed to pay 50% cash to help facilitate. Last minute I was told I had to finance 100% then just pay it off when the first payment comes due. Way too many different iterations of the deal when all I wanted to do was pay for it outright. More
