Felt like family I had recently had an unpleasant experience with another car dealership. Not so with Vann. After I found the car on TrueCar, I received a call back and was pleased that my search on TrueCar was acknowledged. Britnie had my appointment all set, the price was fair and the salesperson, Aaron went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we needed, even traveling to my wife to get all of our documents signed. Also, a big thanks to Bob who made our financing arrangement seamless. I highly recommend this dealership based on my experience. Also, they were patient and gave my young daughter a joyful memory of buying a car with her dad. More

Great Overall Experience I was greeted very quickly, initial questions answered and test drive completed. I liked the car but had another car I was interested in.
