I scheduled a maintenance appointment with Porsche Plano on August 30, 2025 at 10:30 AM, which was confirmed in advance, including a request for a lo I scheduled a maintenance appointment with Porsche Plano on August 30, 2025 at 10:30 AM, which was confirmed in advance, including a request for a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was told there was no record of my loaner request, no advisor available, and no effort was made to accommodate or resolve the issue. I was assured by the service manager that someone would follow up with me to investigate the situation. No one has contacted me to this day. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially given the standards expected of a premium brand like Porsche. My time was disregarded, and I was not treated with the level of professionalism or respect that should be extended to any customer. In addition this type of behavior happens in other states as well, it seems to be “Porsches” consistent practices, I cannot ignore the feeling that this level of disregard and lack of accountability may be rooted in bias or discriminatory practices. As a customer, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism afforded to all patrons of a premium brand like Porsche. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling mistreated, ignored, and disrespected. More
