I brought my SUV in for an oil change. They gave me a copy of the inspection that was completed and reviewed it with me before I left. I was advised on the condition of my brakes and tires and the lounge copy of the inspection that was completed and reviewed it with me before I left. I was advised on the condition of my brakes and tires and the lounge I waited in was much nicer than what I was use to. They had coffee, water, and other beverages available along with snacks and WiFi. Overall a great experience. More

Scheduled Oil change took well over an hour to complete. Did not receive window reminder sticker. Received good education about use of conventional vs synthetic oil. Thought the replacement computer card chip would also make the anti lock brake light and the brake service light go out. I apparently did not communicate to the service person that the brake light warn make the anti lock brake light and the brake service light go out. I apparently did not communicate to the service person that the brake light warning or the lakeside rep just didn’t put it on the work order.” I thought that item was included in the bill for over $600. Otherwise the service people were very friendly and courteous. The ride to my home was also much appreciated. Thank you Ron Reynolds More

Great customer service. Repair cost was much higher than expected, so they made sure to inform me of the cost and reasons (and get my permission) before proceeding with the repairs. They searched for, and expected, so they made sure to inform me of the cost and reasons (and get my permission) before proceeding with the repairs. They searched for, and applied whatever savings could be found to mitigate my repair costs...very much appreciated!! More
