67 days and I still do not have a title or vehicle registration in hand. This is why you do not sale a vehicle without a title. I purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealership and waited over 30 days for registration. When I contacted the dealership, I was told there was an issue with obtaining the title. Long story short, I wa waited over 30 days for registration. When I contacted the dealership, I was told there was an issue with obtaining the title. Long story short, I was sold a vehicle that can not be registered because there is no title available. I was advised by my financial institution as well as corporate to return the vehicle to the dealership. Both the GM and the sales manager refused to take it back stating that I was voluntarily surrendering the vehicle. I am not voluntarily surrendering the vehicle, you sold a vehicle without a title. That should be classified as a fraudulent act. More

I purchased a preowned Mercedes from EuroMotorcars of Germantown 2 months ago. We just got the vehicle out of our local Mercedes dealership last week. 8 weeks for repairs, corrosion repair and windshiel Germantown 2 months ago. We just got the vehicle out of our local Mercedes dealership last week. 8 weeks for repairs, corrosion repair and windshield wiper assembly replacement. The total bill 8400.00$ This is in addition to the cost of the vehicle 77K. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. We purchased the car and traded our car - terms were agreed to and cars were shipped. When got our preowned G550 with a cut front tire ( both front tires needed replacement) the drive belt needed replacement, spark plugs needed replacement, and the wiper assembly was so corroded that the vehicles electronics were in danger of failure from water intrusion-this was all required before our local dealer would let my wife drive the car!!! To add insult to injury, the interior was filthy. Further corrosion was discovered upon inspection by our local MB dealership. 8 weeks and 8400.00$ later we have the car back. EuroMotorcars of Germantown came back to me with the statement that the car passed the Maryland state safety inspection- that’s it. No offer to cover any or all preexisting conditions and safety issues. Despicable and shameful Don’t buy anything from this group. More

If you are looking at a pre owned Mercedes from this dealership stop reading now and look somewhere else. I recently purchased a pre owned 2014 G550 from this dealership. It was part of a trade and the vehicle was shipped to me in Florida. I don’t know if they just expected me to shut up and be happy with what they sent or they just didn’t care. I’ve bought and sold many high end vehicles using extensive research via Carfax/ car gurus - this was by far the worst example of fraud and duplicitous business I have been party too. -First issue that should have been a red flag- I was pre approved for my loan- bank later issued a second dealer letter with a lower APR - finance dept refused to honor it and said 576$ over the life of the loan was not much and that I shouldn’t worry about it! - I purchased specifically from a MB dealer so that I would get a vehicle that had been inspected by certified MB techs. What I got was a dirty car, with several small but important issues that now the dealer is refusing to rectify. The 6 month complimentary “ preferred care protection” is worthless - rust under the windscreen seal - rust under the passenger wiper blade retention bolt -rust on rear door hinge -stained headliner - large gouge in front right tire - oil and filter change 1 year old This is from the DEALERSHIP! I’m not a technician but it appears no one looked at this car before they closed our deal a shipped the vehicle. Again, save yourself the headache and look somewhere else- all the other negative reviews cite the same overall issues. Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. THE BEST OR NOTHING- Euro motorcars of Germantown offers nothing. More

I rarely write reviews My experience was excellent. Moreover, it was such a contrast to other experiences I've had with dealerships that I felt I should take the time to do My experience was excellent. Moreover, it was such a contrast to other experiences I've had with dealerships that I felt I should take the time to do a review. The sales and price discussion was forthright and I never felt like I was being "gamed". In fact, when I walked in Ramesh was busy with another customer so Abdul immediately took care of me and mentioned that the cost quoted for the tags was a little higher than necessary because the SLK was a lower weight class. I bought a used vehicle and the oil service light cam on during the test drive. They checked to see if the oil had been changed when it was put into inventory and just forgotten to reset the reminder. They said they had not and changed the oil while we were doing the paperwork. On the way home, I had a problem with the door locking switch when I went over bumps I called Ramesh and he immediately said they would take care of it (even though this is not included in the 30 day warranty). And they did. I came in a few days later, was given a loaner car and the problem was fixed in a couple of hours. All was done graciously and without charge. The service representative who pitched in to get me started because my assigned service adviser was tied up with another customer looked at my record and immediately said, "Oh you just bought this. Thank you for your business." In my experience, they really "walk the walk" of treating their customers very well - by every employee that I encountered even incidentally. More

After purchasing a CPO Mercedes GL450, two days later, noticed chip in windshield, contacted insurance to get it fixed. They sent Safelite tech who said that the chip was previously repaired. Notified Abdul, and he refused to accept responsibiltiy to replace the windshield. Instead, he kept trying to minimize it or suggest that things like this happen and I should live with it. Not at all the level of customer service one expects from MB. Certified Pre-Owned inspection did not live up to its advertisement. Elevated issue to MB USA, and yet Abdul continues to refuse to pay for full replacement. He offered to pay for half of the replacement. This is the sixth MB we have owned, and never have we had such terrible customer service. Avoid EUROMOTOR Cars Germantown. More

When I decided to replace my 11 year o I had been taking my sedan to this dealer for service and was impressed with their attitude and friendly way. When I decided to replace my 11 year old S-sedan, this was my first stop shopping. Not only was Abdul considerate of our needs, he went way beyond being curtious and caring about our satisfaction. He even dealt with my need for a color change without anything but sincere and helpful attention. Obviously, I will continue returning to Euromotor cars in Germantown. More
