Working with Adam at Lou Bachrodt Chevy was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. As I live out of state, we did all negotiations over the phone/email. Service Department! !!! I went in and had a scheduled visit to have the molding installed and the door button repaired. The molding was changed but the door button was !!! I went in and had a scheduled visit to have the molding installed and the door button repaired. The molding was changed but the door button was not repaired. This is the same place who informed me that the vehicle in which was purchased at this dealership and when I bring to the attention that the passenger rear door the button on the does not work and then being accused of tampering with it and deny warranty repair and then have it covered under the hardship clause and that the company I work for still has to pay for the hourly rate. Since this has been a continue issue and it surely has not been the only issue due to the trans leak at 1200 miles on the car and then to question me about a door button when there have been other issues in the past. Is unacceptable! I paid the $189.95 to have the door fixed under RO# 918568 and then to be told that the service can't be done because it is tied to the warranty situation that was encountered on the last visit. I've never in my life experience a time in which a service is denied after receiving a payment More

Nice friendly atmosphere. In and out in less than 2 hours. Found an issues when arrived home, the hubcaps were not installed correctly. I fixed it in less than 10 mins. Two of In and out in less than 2 hours. Found an issues when arrived home, the hubcaps were not installed correctly. I fixed it in less than 10 mins. Two of them were coming off. Looks like they may have been in a hurry. All good now. More
