They were nice but my issue was not resolved. The issue I have was not resolved. I have to take it back in again to have it fixed I hope. This impacts my time more than it should. Infotainment Unit died I bought the vehicle at another dealer last year, but getting a service appointment there is only slightly less arduous than getting in to see the Pop I bought the vehicle at another dealer last year, but getting a service appointment there is only slightly less arduous than getting in to see the Pope. O'Meara helped me out and replaced the unit in about 45 minutes, and they are much closer to my house. Awesome! More

Purchase of new car This was our third car we were purchasing from them in the last 10 years. In the past they were great, however this time was the worst car experience This was our third car we were purchasing from them in the last 10 years. In the past they were great, however this time was the worst car experience we have ever had purchasing a new car. We knew the purchase price for the car, they kept trying to raise it. I was not concerned about the payment, just the purchase price and they were pushing the payment. We agreed on the 2.9% interest which they didn't even know about had to show them the volkswagen incentives, then when we go to sign they raised the rate to 3.64%. After not giving us nothing for our old volkswagen that we purchased from them. They also over charged us on the Colorado package and did not give the $100 back. By raising the interest rate we basically got nothing for our car. Then we get the car and the a/C is not working only 115 miles on the car, had 23 miles when purchased. Mo was the fiance guy and he didn't change the mistakes. Karen was new and two others helped her, can't remember the two guys names one was very insulting to me us,the younger one. We have always had our cars services at this location, but will be looking for another location. The service is great, sell is awful. More
